The Quail Hollow Inn is the perfect place for a weekend retreat for all crafters. We can provide 3 to 4 feet of table crafting space. We specialize in scrapbooking retreats, but now wish to offer the same great weekend experience for other crafts. Quilting, Knitting, Sewing, or any other craft make for perfect retreats.
Arrive on Fridays at 3 PM or later. Enjoy a snack and beverage while waiting for a delicious dinner. On Saturday you will be treated to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunday another delicious breakfast is served. Complimentary coffee, tea and cold beverages are available all weekend.
We require a minimum of 8 participants to set up a crafting weekend. We hold the retreat to a maximum of 12 so we’re sure everyone is comfortable and has the needed space to work on crafts.

Our All-Inclusive Package Rates:
- Single Occupancy - $280 for the weekend
- Double Occupancy - $440 for the weekend ($220 each)
- Triple Occupancy - $600 for the weekend (queen bed and single daybed in a two room suite) ($200 each)
- A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of registration. Registration is non-transferable.
- Price does not include 9% meal and room tax.
Cancellation Policies for Crafting Events:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days from the scheduled event - A refund will be issued, less a $50.00 deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days from the scheduled event - No refund will be issued and the entire amount will be charged unless the Innkeepers are able to book a replacement guest.
- If a cancellation is made that affects the number of people scheduled for a room or suite, roommates who attend will be responsible for paying the correct package rate used (i.e., if a triple becomes a double occupancy).
- We reserve the right to cancel an event for any unforeseen reason. If we cancel the event, refunds will be issued promptly.
Quail Hollow Inn, LLP is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants.
