Inn Policies
Room rates are based upon double occupancy to accommodate two people. Our suites are based upon occupancy of four people. An additional charge of $25.00 will be applied for each additional person.
A 9% VT Meals and Room Tax will be added to your bill.
Deposits are required at time of reservation, equal to one night’s room rental.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received more than 14 days of scheduled stay will have deposits returned, less a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations of 14 days or less and more than 3 days before scheduled stay are subject to one night’s room rental charge, unless the Innkeeper’s are able to book the room for all nights reserved.
Cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled stay, the guest is responsible for all reserved room charges unless the Innkeepers are able to book the room for all nights reserved.
Early departures will be charged the entire reserved stay amount.
We are unable to accommodate pets, but would be glad to assist pet owners in finding nearby boarding facilities.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building by Vermont State Law. Smoking is permitted outdoors on a weather protected deck.
We ask that you do not bring candles to burn in our guest rooms. We have a very sensitive alarm system, and candles could be a fire hazard and may set off the alarm system.
Cancellation Policies for Scrapbooking & Crafting Events
Cancellations made more than 30 days from the scheduled event - A refund will be issued, less a $50.00 deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days from the scheduled event - No refund will be issued and the entire amount will be charged unless the Innkeepers are able to book a replacement guest.
If a cancellation is made that affects the number of people scheduled for a room or suite, roommates who attend will be responsible for paying the correct package rate used (i.e., if a triple becomes a double occupancy).
We reserve the right to cancel an event for any unforeseen reason. If we cancel the event, refunds will be issued promptly.
Quail Hollow Inn, LLP is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants.
